Is a deposit required?

Yes. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your total balance.

When is the balance due for my party?

The balance of your party is due the day of your party. You will get an invoice through the email you used to register. You can pay online or in person at the play space.

Can I bring my own food and decorations?

Yes. Food and drinks are welcome for private parties. Please speak with a manager regarding restricted items. Decorations are permitted with the following guidelines: • No tape on walls • No glitter • No permanent adhesives If you have specific décor questions, just ask!

Can I bring my own decorations?

Will you set up my decorations?

Select party packages include a party helper for assistance with setup. A helper may also be added to other packages. Decorations must be dropped off in an organized container.

How long are parties?

Private parties are 2 hours long. You may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to your party for setup. We will give a 30-minute reminder before the end of your event to allow time for gathering belongings. Additional time must be reserved in advance and is subject to availability.

We always want little ones to celebrate their birthdays, but we don't want to disrupt other littles from their play experience or feeling left out. We do allow birthday play dates, but to ensure all your guests are able to come in, it its recommended to reserve play spots. Also, a party set up will not be allowed during open play hours which includes no decorations or catering. If you would like to bring in decorations or set up for a party, we highly recommend booking one of our private parties. If decorations, cake, etc are brought during open play you will be charged $275, the price for our basic party package. We want all littles to feel included! Parties may be rescheduled up to 14 days prior to your event date, based on availability. • Rescheduled dates must take place within 3 months of the original booking. • The $100 deposit is non-refundable but transferable if rescheduled within policy guidelines. • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may not be eligible for rescheduling.
