Monday and Wednesday-Friday 9-12 and 12:30-3 are our Open Play hours. Saturdays we will have open play in the mornings if we do not have any birthday parties scheduled. Our hours do change sometimes, so always check our Facebook page. It will be updated if we are at capacity as well as any hours change. Sometimes we do have events or classes during the week during open play, which will affect our capacity. If you want to guarantee your spot, definitely reserve online prior to coming in. And if you ever have any questions, please feel free to email us at Info.junglejamz@gmail.com. All hours will be subject to change.
Reservations are not required but they are encouraged. Capacity is limited so that our little ones have the best play experience possible, so reservations can guarantee your spot.
No, socks are required. Shoes have to be taken off. If assistive devices are needed in the play area, we just ask that we clean wheels before they go in to the play space. Remember GRIP socks for all children and regular socks for adults.
Jungle Jamz Play Cafe is geared for the littles and preschoolers with lots of sensory stimulation and motor play for even littles under 12 months. Ages 6 months and under are free. We do start charging at 6 months, but your 6 month old is free with an older paying sibling until their first birthday. We offer memberships at a discount for families as well!
Our play space is geared toward littles and preschoolers. We do have board games, puzzles, arts and crafts supplies and wifi in our cafe area. If older siblings want to help their younger siblings in the play space they are welcome to as long as they are not taking the play equipment or toys from other little ones. Little kids and bigger kids play differently and we want to make sure the littles are safe and enjoying themselves as well!
We always want little ones to celebrate their birthdays, but we don't want to disrupt other littles from their play experience or feeling left out. We do allow birthday play dates, but to ensure all your guests are able to come in, it its recommended to reserve play spots. Also, a party set up will not be allowed during open play hours which includes no decorations or catering. If you would like to bring in decorations or set up for a party, we highly recommend booking one of our private parties. If decorations, cake, etc are brought during open play you will be charged $275, the price for our basic party package. We want all littles to feel included! We encourage everyone to reserve and pay for their spot or class ahead of time online. If we are not at capacity, we will allow attendees to walk in and pay.
We have discounted rates for multiple children. Check out our memberships or play packs. Unlimited play for one child is $50, for two is $75, and for 3 or more is $99. Remember, adults are free with paying child!
We do not refund any reservations, but you are able to reschedule to a day more convenient for you. We understand that moods change and sometimes things come up. Come play with us another day!
We encourage all mothers to feed wherever and whenever they would like. But if you would like a private Nursing Room, we do have that. Just ask one of the staff members.
Open play hours are from 9:00am-3:30pm. We do close between 12 and 12:30pm to clean. You are more than welcome to come in at any time and even hang out in the cafe while we clean. And your admission is for the whole day. You can stay as long as you like.
We provide snacks and drinks for littles and bigs. Check our menu for all our offerings. We ask you to not bring anything outside in to keep our space allergen friendly. Of course if your littles have bottles that is okay!


Yes, a $150 nonrefundable deposit is due at time of booking. The deposit will go towards your balance due.
You can reschedule up to two weeks before your balance is due. The new date is dependent on our availability and will need to be chosen with 3 months of your original date. If no new date has been secured, your deposit is forfeited.
Cancellations are accepted up to two weeks before your balance is due, with only the loss of your non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within two weeks will need to be rescheduled. We understand life happens. Call or email us to plan a date that works for you and your party.
The balance of your party is due the day of your party. You will get an invoice through the email you used to register. You can pay online or in person at the play space.
Yes! You can bring your own food and drinks. Please speak with a play space manager for restricted list.
Of course! Decorations will not be allowed to be hung on the walls with tape and no glitter is allowed in the facility. If you have questions, please contact us at Info.junglejamz@gmail.com
You can definitely drop off your decorations in a well organized box/bag. The Amazon Party package has a party helper that will assist with set up or you can purchase as an add on for the other packages.
All party bookings are for 2 hours and you are allowed to come in up to 30 minutes before to set up. Staff will start to let you know 30 minutes before party time is ending so you can start to finish up your activities. We host multiple parties on the weekends so unless extra time is purchased and blocked off, we have to prepare for the next party. If parties go over, you will be charged additional time.
