Step into our Jungle - Shoe Free!
To ensure a clean play space for every tiny explorer, our facility requires guests to go shoe-free. Don't forget – socks on at all times, grip socks for kids! If you've overlooked your socks, fret not; we have them available for purchase.
Illness Policy: Health First
We want to SHARE TOYS, NOT GERMS! No sick kids, please! If your child is under the weather or showing signs of illness, it's best to postpone the Jungle Jamz experience.
We adhere to guidelines akin to local schools:

Must be fever-free for at least 24 hours.

No antibiotics started within the past 48 hours.

No vomiting or diarrhea in the past 24 hours.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse entry to visibly sick children, ensuring a safe environment for all.
Parental Supervision: Always a Must
Remember, while Jungle Jamz Play Cafe is a haven of fun, it's not a daycare. Parents and caregivers must always supervise their children. Let's ensure everyone plays safe and nice – no rough play. If you spot any unsafe behaviors, please inform our vigilant staff immediately.
